A new call for admission to the PhD Program in Economics in LUISS is available here. There are five positions available and the deadline to apply is April 12, 2019.

We will hold a meeting for incoming PhD students of the XXXII Cycle at 12:00 on September 15 in the Faculty Lounge on the 5th floor in LUISS. 

At 12.30 all other PhD students and all faculty members are invited for a social event.

Sandwiches and drinks will be served.

We would like to congratulate our former PhD students Valerio Scalone and Urszula Szczerbowicz for being hired by Banque de France.

Giuseppe Brandi has been elected as representative of the PhD students in the Faculty Committee for the PhD in Economics. We all congratulate him. He will hold his seat for 2 years.

On Wednesday November 11th, from 9am to 5pm in viale Pola, there will be elections to select a representative for the PhD students, as of decree D.R. n. 200 of October 15th 2015.

All Economics PhD students regularly enrolled (without an extension) may vote.

We suggest a second year Economics PhD student to present herself/himself as a candidate to these elections.

The PhD coordinator and tutor will meet the PhD students on September 11th 2015 in room 304 B at the following times:

  • 11:00-11:15 – Cycle XXVII

  • 11:15-11:30 – Cycle XXVIII

  • 11:30-11:45 – Cycle XXIX

  • 11:45-12:00 – Cycle XXX

  • 12:00-12:30 – Cycle XXXI
